Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of Casino Sky in respect of your access to and use of the online gambling services provided via the website casinoskai.com (the "Site") and any related channels operated by or on behalf of the same operator (together, the "Services"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator and apply to all real-money and bonus play on the Services.
The Services for customers located in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) are offered by Bonne Terre Limited, a limited company within the Flutter Entertainment plc group, licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission ("UKGC") under account number 38718, as recorded on the UKGC public register. Certain services for customers outside Great Britain may be provided under a licence issued by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. Ownership and licensing information is based on sources verified up to May 2025; you may check the current status at any time on the UKGC public register.
By creating an account on casinoskai.com, using the Services or clicking to accept these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any other terms, rules and policies referred to in them (including our Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms and game or product-specific rules). These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and were last updated on 6 November 2025. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not register for or use an account or the Services.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Age requirement: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old (or any higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction). By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not self-excluded from gambling with the Operator or any Flutter Entertainment plc brand.
- Territorial eligibility: These Terms apply to customers in Great Britain using Casino Sky via casinoskai.com. Access from other jurisdictions, including Ireland and Northern Ireland, may be restricted or subject to different terms and licensing arrangements. You must not use the Services where it would be unlawful for you to do so.
- Identity checks (KYC): The Operator is required by law and regulation (including anti-money laundering and safer gambling rules) to verify your identity, age and, where appropriate, your source of funds. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to supply documents such as a passport or ID card, proof of address and evidence of payment methods when requested.
Account Creation Process
- Registration details: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on casinoskai.com, providing at least your full name, date of birth, residential address, contact details and any other information requested. You must not create Accounts on behalf of anyone else, and you may hold only one Account for Casino Sky.
- Email and contact verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address, phone number or other contact details (for example, by clicking a verification link or entering a code). Until verification is completed, your Account may be restricted, including limitations on deposits, betting and withdrawals.
- Account security: You must choose secure login credentials and keep them strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your Account, whether or not authorised by you, unless the Operator fails to exercise reasonable care. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
User Obligations and Account Management
- Accuracy of information: You confirm that all information supplied during registration and throughout your relationship with the Operator is complete, accurate and not misleading. You agree to promptly update your details if they change. The Operator may suspend or close your Account, and void Bets, if false or misleading information has been provided.
- Multiple accounts and account sharing: You must not open multiple Accounts, share your Account with others, act on behalf of third parties or allow any other person to use your Account. Breach of this rule may result in Account closure, forfeiture of Bonuses and, in serious cases, voiding of Bets and withholding of funds in accordance with Applicable Law and licence conditions.
- Safer gambling and limits: The Operator provides tools such as deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion, as required by UK regulation and industry standards. You are encouraged to use these tools and to monitor your own gambling behaviour. If you self-exclude, you must not attempt to open a new Account during the exclusion period.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Game Participation
- Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed placed when it is accepted by the Operator's systems and confirmed on your screen and/or in your betting history. You are responsible for checking that the details of each Bet are correct before confirming. Once a Bet has been accepted, you may not cancel or amend it except where the Game Rules or these Terms expressly permit.
- Stake limits and bet types: Minimum and maximum stakes apply to each game or table and are displayed within the relevant interface. The Operator may, at its discretion, impose individual limits on your Account (for example, maximum stakes, loss limits or session limits) to comply with safer gambling and regulatory requirements.
- Game rules and results: All Bets are subject to the applicable Game Rules and paytables. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified random number generator ("RNG") or, in the case of live casino games, by the real-time outcome of the physical game as managed by the Operator or its suppliers. The Operator's records and the game servers' records are conclusive evidence of the outcome.
Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions
- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at odds, stakes, paytables or outcomes that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), the Operator may void the Bet, settle it at the correct terms or otherwise adjust it to reflect the true position, acting reasonably and in accordance with Applicable Law and regulatory guidance.
- Technical failures: In the event of a system malfunction, network interruption or other technical issue, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to ensure fair treatment of Players. If a game is interrupted after it has been initiated, the outcome may be restored from the game server's records or, if this is not possible, the Bet may be voided and the original stake returned to your Real-Money Balance.
- Disconnection: Your internet connection, device or software may affect the performance of the Services. The Operator is not responsible for interruptions caused by your equipment or connectivity; however, where required by regulation or game rules, interrupted games will be completed or voided in a fair and transparent manner.
Conduct, Fair Play and Live Casino/Chat Rules
- Prohibited conduct: You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of bugs or glitches, chip-dumping, arbitrage inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, or any activity that gives you an unfair advantage or undermines the integrity of the Services.
- Live casino and chat behaviour: When participating in live dealer games or using any chat facility, you must behave respectfully and must not post or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, discriminatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. The Operator may remove messages, restrict chat access, suspend or close Accounts for violations.
- Regulatory and safer gambling obligations: To comply with UKGC requirements and safer gambling standards, the Operator may review your play, apply limits, request affordability information or contact you regarding your gambling patterns. In some cases, the Operator may restrict or block your Account to protect you or comply with regulatory obligations.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Offer-specific terms: Each Bonus or promotion available on Casino Sky via casinoskai.com is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are in addition to these Terms. Those terms will state how to qualify (for example, by registering, making a qualifying deposit or entering a promo code), the type of Bonus awarded and any limitations on use.
- Eligibility restrictions: Bonuses may be limited to certain customer groups (such as new customers, existing customers, or residents of particular jurisdictions) and may not be available to all Players. The Operator may, acting reasonably and in line with UK advertising and consumer protection rules, withhold or withdraw a Bonus if it has been offered or claimed in error.
- Account and identity verification: The Operator may require you to complete identity, age and other verification checks before releasing a Bonus or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. You must have only one Account and must not attempt to abuse offers through multiple registrations or linked Accounts.
Wagering Requirements and Use of Bonus Funds
- Wagering obligations: Bonuses and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement (for example, a number of times the Bonus amount or Bonus plus deposit) and any contribution weightings for different games will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Until wagering is completed, Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be locked and not withdrawable.
- Game restrictions: Certain games, bet types or features may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. For example, some low-risk bets, equal-money wagers, live casino games or jackpot games may be excluded. The applicable contribution rules will be set out in the promotion-specific terms or in the general Bonus rules on the Site.
- Time limits and expiry: Bonuses are commonly subject to time limits. The relevant promotional terms will state the period within which a Bonus must be claimed and the period within which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. If you do not meet the requirements within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be removed from your Account.
Bonus Abuse and Combination of Promotions
- Prohibited behaviour: Bonus abuse includes, without limitation, multiple Account creation, depositing or wagering patterns designed to secure guaranteed profits or remove risk, using proxy IP addresses, or colluding with others to exploit promotions. Where the Operator reasonably believes that you have abused a Bonus or promotion, it may withhold, reclaim or cancel Bonuses and any associated winnings and may close your Account in accordance with these Terms.
- Combining promotions: Unless expressly permitted in the applicable promotion-specific terms, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. If more than one promotion could apply to the same deposit or Bet, the Operator will determine which promotion is applied. You may decline any Bonus by contacting customer support, but declining a Bonus may prevent you from receiving it again.
- Real-money vs Bonus Funds: Unless stated otherwise, Real-Money Balance is used to place Bets before Bonus Funds. Where a Bet is placed using a combination of Real-Money Balance and Bonus Funds, any winnings may be allocated between those balances in proportion to the contribution to the stake, subject to any specific promotional terms. Details of balance priority are set out in the Bonus rules on the Site.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits and Accepted Payment Methods
- Funding your Account: You may deposit funds into your Account using the payment methods made available on casinoskai.com from time to time, which may include debit cards, bank transfers, certain e-wallets and other regulated payment services. Where permitted by law and the Operator's policies, additional methods (such as certain digital wallets or, outside Great Britain, selected virtual asset services) may be supported; however, credit card gambling transactions are not accepted from customers in Great Britain.
- Payment instruments and ownership: You must only use payment instruments that are registered in your own name and lawfully belong to you. The Operator may request evidence of ownership and may refuse or reverse transactions that appear to be made using third-party payment details, business accounts or unauthorised instruments.
- Deposit limits and processing times: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Deposits are usually credited to your Account immediately, but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
Withdrawals, Verification and Fees
- Withdrawal procedures: You may request a withdrawal from your Real-Money Balance using the methods available in the cashier. Where possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to Applicable Law, card scheme rules and anti-money laundering requirements. The Operator may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per period.
- Identity and security checks: The Operator may carry out additional identity, source-of-funds, affordability and security checks before processing withdrawals, as required by UKGC regulations and anti-money laundering laws. This may include requesting documents or information, or using third-party verification services. Pending completion of these checks, withdrawals may be temporarily withheld.
- Processing times and charges: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within a few Working Days), but actual receipt of funds will depend on your payment provider. The Operator will not charge withdrawal fees unless clearly disclosed at the point of transaction; however, your bank or payment provider may levy their own charges.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Adjustments
- Refunds and bet reversals: Once a Bet has been accepted, you are not entitled to a refund of the stake unless (i) the Bet is voided under these Terms or the Game Rules, or (ii) a deposit or transaction has been processed in error. Any decision to refund a stake or deposit outside these circumstances is at the Operator's discretion and does not create a precedent.
- Chargebacks and unpaid debts: If you dispute or reverse a payment (for example, via a card chargeback) without a valid legal basis, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, void Bets, and recover any unpaid amounts, chargeback fees and reasonable associated costs. The Operator may also report suspected fraudulent chargebacks to appropriate authorities or payment providers.
- Bonus-related funds: Where funds in your Account are linked to Bonuses that have not yet met wagering or other conditions, those funds may not be withdrawable and may be forfeited if the conditions are not met within the stated timeframe or if your Account is closed for breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations and Service Levels
- Duty of care and fairness: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with Applicable Law and licence conditions. Games are designed to be fair and, where required, are tested by approved third-party laboratories. The Operator will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information on the Site, including Game Rules and promotional terms, is accurate and not misleading.
- Service availability: The Operator aims to keep the Services available on a continuous basis but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, security interventions or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control (including failures of networks or third-party providers) may result in temporary unavailability.
- Responsibility for losses: Nothing in these Terms affects any legal rights you may have as a consumer under Applicable Law. The Operator does not seek to exclude or limit liability where it cannot lawfully do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Excluded losses: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for: (i) loss of profits, business, revenue or anticipated savings; (ii) loss of data or corruption of data; (iii) loss of goodwill or reputation; or (iv) any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if foreseeable.
- Technical issues and third parties: The Operator is not responsible for failures or delays caused by your hardware, software, internet connection, or by failures of telecommunications providers, payment providers or other third parties. In the event of a malfunction of the Operator's systems, the Operator's liability will be limited, where appropriate, to the re-crediting of the stake or the re-run of the affected game.
- Maximum financial liability: Subject to the previous paragraphs, and to any non-excludable rights you may have, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet or game will not exceed the amount of the stake you placed on that Bet or game, or, where the claim relates to funds in your Account, the amount of the Real-Money Balance held by you at the relevant time.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Site, the Services and all related content (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, text, interfaces, software, underlying code, databases, audio and video material) are owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors or third-party suppliers.
- Licence to use: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own private, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
Restrictions on Use
- Prohibited acts: You must not copy, reproduce, store, distribute, transmit, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from any part of the Services or the software used in connection with them, except as permitted by Applicable Law and only to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded.
- Third-party content: Where content or software is provided by third parties (for example, game suppliers), you agree to comply with any additional usage restrictions notified to you. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the names, trademarks or other identifiers of Flutter Entertainment plc, the Operator, their group companies or third parties, except as necessary to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Privacy & Data Protection
Data Processing and Privacy Policy
- Privacy framework: The Operator processes your personal data in accordance with Applicable Law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, and in line with its regulatory obligations as a licensed gambling operator.

That Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and you should read it carefully before using the Services.
- Regulatory and security use of data: Your data may be used for purposes including account administration, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering checks, safer gambling monitoring, regulatory reporting and handling of complaints and disputes. The Operator may share your data with regulators, law enforcement, payment providers and group companies where lawful and necessary.
Changes to Terms
Updating These Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify these Terms and any related policies from time to time to reflect changes in Applicable Law, regulatory requirements, industry practice, technical developments, or the introduction of new products or features on Casino Sky via casinoskai.com.
- Notification of changes: Material changes will, where required, be notified to you in advance by reasonable means, which may include email, on-site messages, banners or pop-up notices on the Site or within the Services. The updated Terms will state the date on which they become effective.
- Acceptance of changes: By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of your Real-Money Balance, subject to any lawful withholding rights.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Rights to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to the Services, or cancel Bets where it reasonably believes that: (i) you have breached these Terms or any Applicable Law; (ii) you have provided false or misleading information; (iii) you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, cheating or other improper conduct; (iv) you pose a regulatory or security risk; or (v) your continued use of the Services may be harmful to you or others.
- Regulatory and safer gambling measures: The Operator may suspend or close your Account in order to comply with its regulatory obligations, including obligations relating to safer gambling, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing. This may include circumstances where you do not provide requested information or where affordability concerns or markers of harm are identified.

However, the Operator may be unable to disclose details in certain circumstances (for example, where required by law or regulator.
Player-Initiated Closure and Consequences

- Funds on termination: Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or by the Operator), your Real-Money Balance will, subject to Applicable Law and any lawful withholding rights, be returned to you using an appropriate payment method. Bonus Funds and any winnings associated with unmet Bonus conditions may be cancelled.
- Effect of termination: Termination of your Account leads to the termination of the contractual relationship between you and the Operator under these Terms, but will not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued, including any outstanding investigations, complaints, debts or legal claims.
